- There is a nonrefundable 25% downpayment.- If the materials have already been bought or the product has been started, a full refund will not be given.- If the art goes past the lineart step, a full refund will not be given.- I have every right to refuse customers.- I will not do fursuit commissions to those under 16 without parental permission.- If you require me to do con crunch there will be a fee.- You accept that there are complexity uncharges, just because your suit only has 2 colors does not mean it will be the base price.- My products may take longer than the initial estimated turn-around-time. I can not give you a partial refund just because it is not completed by that time.
